About LuxeLink
I’m Olivia O’Rourke, a brand and website strategist and the founder behind LuxeLink.
I’m originally from the U.S. and am now based in Vancouver B.C., working with owner-led businesses across North America.
My background sits between beauty, wellness, marketing, and brand strategy. I’ve worked in client-facing beauty environments and now build brand and website systems for service businesses that need their online presence to feel as polished and trustworthy as the work itself.
I started LuxeLink because I kept seeing the same problem: strong businesses with real clients, real skill, and real potential, but an online presence that made them look less clear, less established, or less trusted than they actually were. Through Luxe Digital Foundation, I bring strategy, messaging, visual identity, website structure, proof, and booking path into one connected online foundation.
Today, LuxeLink is built around strategist-led brand and website rebuilds for businesses that are done patching things together and ready for the full online foundation to work as one system.

The gap I kept noticing.
In beauty, wellness, and service-based businesses, the online presence is usually built in pieces. A logo here. A website there. Instagram handled separately. Google sitting off to the side. Booking tools added later.
Each piece might technically exist, but they are not always working together.
That is the gap I kept noticing: strong businesses with real clients and real skill, but an online presence that still felt scattered, unclear, or behind the level of the work.
LuxeLink was built to solve that full-picture problem.
My perspective.
I have worked in environments where brand, client experience, communication, and trust all had to work together. That shaped the way I look at websites now.
I do not see a website as one isolated page. I look at the full path someone takes before they decide whether to trust the business, inquire, book, or move on.
That is why my work sits between strategy, messaging, identity, and website structure.
My approach.
I start by naming what is actually getting in the way.
That means looking at where trust is weakening, where the client journey is breaking down, and whether the business needs a full rebuild, a clearer next step, or something more focused.
Not every business needs the same level of support and my role is to assess the gap honestly, then rebuild the right pieces so the online presence feels clear, polished, and aligned with the level of the business.
What I help my clients solve.
Most clients come to LuxeLink because something feels behind.
The business has grown, but the online presence has not kept up. The brand feels fragmented. The messaging is not landing clearly. The website does not support the level of trust, credibility, or action the business now requires.
It can make a strong business feel less established than it really is. It can make people hesitate before reaching out. It can make the owner feel like they are constantly explaining what the website should already make clear.
I rebuild that foundation properly.
