Extension & Color Studio · Daytona Beach, FL
From a booking form on the homepage to a site that reflects the level of the work.
This AYB EXT case study shows how LuxeLink rebuilt a hair extension website into a clearer, consultation-led online presence.
AYB EXT went from a generic booking-template site to a consultation-led website built to attract the right clients and bring in new business.

The situation
An established studio whose online presence hadn’t caught up to the business.
AYB EXT is a Daytona Beach extension and color studio led by Leontyne Cappellan, with nearly a decade of experience. The work was already premium and the reputation was strong, but the website was a booking-template page built around a form, with a broad "customized beauty" message that didn't say what AYB actually specialized in.
New clients were finding the business through Google, Yelp, and Instagram, but the path from finding it to booking was inconsistent. If you have ever felt like your site is quietly holding you back rather than working for you, this is the same gap AYB was sitting in.
What was getting in the way
A few things were making the right clients hesitate.
-
The homepage was a form. A new visitor’s first screen asked for their details such as their name, date of birth, phone, hair history, all before they’d seen what makes AYB special.
-
Two buttons, same place. The menu offered “Book” and “Luxury Services,” which both led to the same booking page, leaving new guests unsure where to begin.
-
Small things eroding trust. A broken link on one page, and a map that pointed to the wrong city. These are the kind of details that quietly make a premium business look less established.
-
The specialty was buried. Custom extensions are the heart of the business, but the site read like a general salon menu instead of a specialist studio.
What changed
Three shifts: from first impression to how the entire booking flow works.
02
A booking flow that works the way she does
Before: A long intake form sat on the homepage, but visitors could skip it and book anyway, so the information often came too late.
Now: The site introduces the consultation first, guides clients to book, then hands off to a clean, unlisted intake page that can be sent automatically after booking.
What It Means: Leontyne walks into every appointment already knowing the client, instead of catching up in the chair.

03
A stronger foundation
underneath.
Before: Like a lot of growing businesses, the setup underneath hadn't caught up to the brand on top.
Now: The site was rebuilt from the ground up, and its structure went from 65% to 100% on a full SEO audit.
What It Means: The groundwork that helps the right local clients find AYB in the first place, not just recognize it once they arrive.

"I originally thought I just needed a new website, but what I actually needed was someone who could connect all the moving pieces of my online presence. They don't just build websites, they solve problems you didn't even know existed."
